Deposit: A non-refundable deposit by credit card is required at the time of booking in Canadian Dollars for 50% of the total amount of your booking including all fees and taxes.
Duration of Stay: The minimum stay is two nights. Please call hosts to inquire about the limited availability of single night bookings. For single night stays, an additional fee will be charged per room.
Sales Tax: Room rates and add-ons are subject to a 13% local tax (HST).
Municipal Accommodation Tax: Room rates are subject to a 3% local tax (MAT).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations made within 14 days of your stay will be charged the full rate of the booking (unless the room can be re-sold). We are also unable to process partial refunds for early departures.
Child Policy: Children above the age of 15 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Fire Safety: Fire safety regulations prohibit burning of candles or incense in the bedroom.
